I am a foam roller junkie…I can’t get enough. At first, I was intimidated by the roller, but I was having such bad IT band pain that I was willing to try ANYTHING!
I bought this Trigger Point foam on Amazon a few weeks ago and I AM IN LOVE.
Yes, the first few times I rolled out my IT band, I was in some MAJOR pain. But gradually the pain lessened. I now use it after every run and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in how I feel. No more hip pain/knee pain when I walk.
